Free planning tools
Small utilities that help organizers plan before anyone pays. Gift split, 4.5% fee, signing deadline, years of service, and a message starter.
What to calculate before you ask for money
Ask 12 people for €20 without a split and you will get Slack confusion. The group gift calculator shows per-person amounts. The fee calculator shows the 4.5% platform fee and when the €50 / $50 Premium waiver applies. Neither tool charges you. They exist so the PIN card is not a surprise later.
The deadline estimator is for logistics: when to send the link, when to nudge, when to seal. Years of service helps you word a 5- or 10-year note without guessing tenure. The message generator is a starter sentence, not a finished tribute.

Questions people ask
Do these calculators process payments?
No. They run in your browser as planning aids. Real chip-ins go through Stripe only after you create a card with a gift pot.
Is the 4.5% fee on the whole pot or per person?
On the gift pot total. Premium card fees are waived automatically when the pot reaches €50 / $50.
Why is there a years-of-service tool?
Anniversary notes fall flat when the tenure is wrong. The calculator turns start and end dates into a number you can actually mention.
